Is there sugar? 2 cloves every night before sleeping..!

Cloves, we add this to dishes like biryani. But eating it alone has more benefits.

Cloves contain phosphorus, sodium, potassium, vitamin K. Contains Vitamin C. It also contains iron and omega-3 fatty acids. It can also be used as a disinfectant and pain reliever.

Oil extracted from cloves is used in dental treatment.
